P.L.A.N. for Success Workshop
Our flagship interactive workshop to empower the participants with the skills and tools to set goals that will lead to achieving success. Often people have ideas of what they want to receive but not what it takes to achieve. We have them create an actionable and personalized plan towards what they have identified as success

Solid Speaker Workshop
Fun and balanced workshop that educates on public speaking and presentation skills. Both of these skills are required among future employers and potential entrepreneurs. Our goal is to remove fear associated with public speaking and enhance attendees visual and non visual presentation skills

Future Leaders Workshop
Engaging workshop that teaches how to resolve conflict, embrace collaboration (teamwork), and make critical decisions. This workshop provides participants with tools to lead with confidence, resilience, and when necessary…with empathy. The interactive style of this workshop will push critical thinking and emotional intelligence that will propel strong leaders today for tomorrow

Designed to empower the youth to have confidence and be well prepared for the rigorous process of landing an employment opportunity with the company they desire. In this workshop we will offer Resume Building, Resume Reviews, and Mock Interviews

What is Our Why
I have been in their shoes. I know what it is like to need guidance. Now, I get to be that support for young people. We are here to INSPIRE the youth to ASPIRE for their goals and dreams. Along the way, we help them build confidence, learn real-life skills, and tackle challenges head-on. By empowering them, we are making a difference in reducing gun violence and supporting mental and emotional well-being. The P.L.A.N. is to give them the tools to create a better future.
